Rachel Hadley-Leonard has experience in marketing, development and education, gained over twenty years at different schools and companies.
Rachel has been a teacher, head of department & senior leader, trainer and consultant for a range of schools in the UK and internationally. She was a board director for the UK's Association of Marketing for Independent Schools (AMCIS) for six years, two of which as Co-Chair. Most recently, Rachel was the Foundation Development Director at Princethorpe College.
A frequent contributor to educational media, including writing articles for Independent Schools Magazine and Fundraising for Independent Schools, Rachel is also a regular conference speaker and a judge for both the TES Independent School Awards, and for InspirED Marketing in the US.
Rachel now works as an independent schools marketing, admissions and development consultant, working with schools to ensure growth, increased revenue and higher pupil numbers. Rachel’s particular strengths lie in the areas of stakeholder research, strategy and fundraising start-ups.
