The ToucanTech system is built with careful consideration to data management and security. When considering potential integration partners, during the integration process, and when testing and approving the connection, security is always front of mind. ToucanTech is careful to only partner with established, forward-thinking companies who prioritise security and customer experience. Integrations and security are put to the test during testing reviews (often in conjunction with the partner as part of the partnership agreement) and during regular security scans and manual penetration testing. ToucanTech adheres to best practice and standards regarding data security, in particular when data is entering or leaving the system. The majority of integrations are free and readily available within the ToucanTech core licence. These include Social media (shares, feeds and SSO), Payment providers, Rest API and Wonde (Education sector specific). We charge an add-on for access to the accounting module for Quickbooks and Xero, as this integration incurs additional costs for us.
Of course! As part of your ToucanTech licence fee, all aspects of the platform (including integrations) is maintained and supported by ToucanTech.
