Smart ticketing = higher participation

Raffle tickets were sold through Lingfield’s online shop, with flexible bundle pricing, encouraging larger purchases:

  • £5 – 1 ticket
  • £10 – 3 tickets
  • £20 – 5 tickets
  • £30 – 10 tickets
  • £50 – 15 tickets

In total, 85 online orders were placed, with the £10 (3-ticket) bundle being the most popular. Every supporter received a branded, personal confirmation email after purchase.

Seamless system, smarter workflows

Lingfield’s raffle ran smoothly thanks to the interconnected tools within their ToucanTech platform:

  • Each ticket purchase automatically triggered confirmation emails to the supporter and admin
  • Raffle numbers were saved directly to supporter records
  • Personalised emails pulled in each person’s unique raffle number with no manual input

The result? A smooth, low-effort process with a personalised experience for every participant.


Branded comms that kept supporters engaged

To maximize participation and keep the school community informed, Lingfield used personal, automated email campaigns to:

  • Promote the raffle and CoCo Fest
  • Send out individual raffle numbers to each supporter
  • Share final prize draw results and thank attendees

All emails were branded and dynamically updated using merge fields – no additional design tools or email platforms needed!

A seamless community event

Lingfield also used the platform to manage registrations and payments for CoCo Fest 2025 – their biggest fundraising event of the year.

  • 600+ guests attended the festival
  • Attendees could register guests online during the booking process
  • Over £600 raised from ticketed entry alone
  • All logistics – from event page to payments – handled in one system
