Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) has transformed their data management and member offering with the launch of a new member hub powered by ToucanTech. Since going live in January 2024, WSAC has successfully streamlined their admin operations and fostered stronger connections among members, with nearly 300 members creating online accounts in the first six weeks.

Before adopting ToucanTech, WSAC struggled with disparate software systems, leading to challenges in data management and analysis. They sought a comprehensive solution to track engagement effectively while simplifying administrative tasks.

A pivotal advantage of ToucanTech for WSAC is its integrated email management system. Now, WSAC can seamlessly send and monitor emails directly from their member database with the help of ToucanTech’s Activity Tracker and integrated email statistics, seeing up to 15% increase in open rates since sending their communications through their ToucanTech email builder.

Plus, they can efficiently segment their data, whether through Advanced Filters or the Reporting Wizard, and tailor messages and initiatives to specific member groups. WSAC also uses ToucanTech's Membership Module to administer Business Partnerships effectively, allowing businesses to apply for partnership status directly through the platform, simplifying the application process and fee collection—all within the same database!
