Deborah has 35 years experience in the public relations, Event Management and hospitality industries. Studies in International Relations and Hotel Management set her up for key previous positions leading to Development including Public Relations for the Royal Family at Sandringham House and Cruise Director on the seas to head of Development and Company Secretary to the Board of Trustees at St Catherine’s British school. 3,5 years ago she was in the unique position to assist with the start-up of a Development Office which led the first ever Capital campaign at the School for a new Upper School which opened in September 2020 and a Sports complex to open in 2021/22.
2 Years ago she became the Head of Development, her remit includes the lead on Major gifts and donor stewardship programmes, Alumni Relations, fundraising campaigns, event management and social media communications with the aim to create a Culture of Giving, Corporate Partner programme and a relationship built on trust and integrity within the school communities.
