Your governors can be the biggest advocates of your development office and your top fundraisers, but getting everyone on the same page with what development means can be tricky. The development office must find a way to utilise the governors’ skills and make them feel included and valued, and to build a relationship with open communication and clear goals.
In this webinar, hosted by Head of Development at St Catherine’s International School, Deborah Eleftheriou, you will learn:
Deborah has 35 years experience in the public relations, Event Management and hospitality industries. Studies in International Relations and Hotel Management set her up for key previous positions leading to Development including Public Relations for the Royal Family at Sandringham House and Cruise Director on the seas to head of Development and Company Secretary to the Board of Trustees at St Catherine’s British school. 3,5 years ago she was in the unique position to assist with the start-up of a Development Office which led the first ever Capital campaign at the School for a new Upper School which opened in September 2020 and a Sports complex to open in 2021/22.
